Pepper Crust Siroin
After removing from the grill slice the steak against the grain: Place steak on a cutting board and, holding the blade of a sharp knife at a 45-degree angle, cut into thin slices.

Ingredients
Serves 4
* 1 1/2 pounds top sirloin steak
* 2 teaspoons coarse salt
* 1 teaspoon dry mustard
* 4 teaspoons cracked black pepper (more if you want)
Directions
1. Heat grill to medium-high.
2. Rub salt, pepper and mustard on both sides of the steak
3. Lightly oil grates with a paper towel dipped in vegetable oil and place steak on grill; cover grill and cook to desired doneness (about 8-10 minutes per side or 135 degrees on an instant-read-meat-thermometer for medium-rare).
4. Remove from grill; cover with foil, and let rest for 10 minutes.
